PAYDAY LOAN COLLECTIONS / CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISORS
Due to our expansion we are looking to recruit a number of Collections / Customer Service Advisors to join us as Collection Account Managers and help support our growth in our Head Office in Nottingham.

As our Collections Account Manager you will provide world-class customer service, develop customer relationships, and work within established policies and procedures, with the over all intent of keeping your customer in good standing.
You will be responsible for the following:
– Delivering exceptional customer service through a variety of channels
– Build revenue through understanding customer needs
– Develop positive customer relationships and provide appropriate solutions
– Convey the Speedy Cash Easy, Fast & Friendly service culture
– Working towards individual and company targets
We need a Collections Account Manager who is energetic, entrepreneurial, and passionate. You will have experience in a customer service, collections, or sales environment, with an enthusiastic ‘can-do’ attitude. This role is all about treating the customer as priority, so strong communication and problem solving skills are a must.

The package includes:
– An attractive salary £17,000 – £19,000 (experience depending)
– On Target Earnings Scheme
– City-centre location with excellent amenities
Our head office is in central Nottingham and is easily accessible from Hucknall, Arnold, Derby, Mansfield, Newark, Grantham, Melton Mowbray, Leicester and surrounding towns.
